www.fetchcourses.ie (the "Website") is operated by SOLAS, Castleforbes House, Castleforbes Road, Dublin 1 ("we", "us", "our", "SOLAS").
These user terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “User Terms”) apply to any use of the Website and tell you about terms on which all users ("you", "your") may make use of the Website, whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these User Terms carefully before you start to use the Website.
By using the Website, you indicate that you accept to be subject to the User Terms and our Privacy Statement. If you do not accept these User Terms, you are kindly requested not to use the Website any further. The registration as a user requires your express acceptance of these User Terms.
Registered User

When deleting your profile, you will no longer have access to services on the Website which require your registration and/or login as a Registered User.
Furthermore, we reserve the right, at any time and without notice or explanation, and without liability to you, to delete your profile. In this case, our disclaimer applies without limitations.
You are not permitted to gain access or attempt to gain access to the parts of the Website requiring user registration if you are not a Registered User.

When you submit a course application as a Registered User of the Website, your application is passed on to the relevant course provider as an Expression Of Interest. We are not liable for failure of requests to be delivered, received or actioned upon and using the Website to apply for a course in no way guarantees successful placement on the requested course.
Course descriptions, location information, durations and availability described on the Website are only guidelines. We are in no case liable for any errors or omissions of the content. We are not liable for the availability of the Website. Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, commentary and other materials available for download on the Website are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. Severability

Irish Law Applies
These User Terms are governed by Irish law. By accessing or viewing any of the information provided in this the Website, you are accepting that Irish law applies and that the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise in relation to this site.
